What's the latest with this client?
Every client's context, one search away. Ask about Northwind and YouSpot reads the mail, the meetings and what's still open across every mailbox you've connected, then tells you in a few lines.
How it shows up
Client work spreads across inboxes: your own Gmail, the Workspace address you bill from, the thread someone started on the other one. Ask YouSpot in your own words and it searches every mailbox you've connected, plus the calendar that comes with each, so the answer covers the whole client and not one inbox's share of it.
It shows up in the minute before a call, or on the Monday you pick a quiet project back up. You get the last few emails, the next meeting and anything you said you'd send, each with where it came from. Only you can see it. YouSpot reads your mail, and never sends it.
How it knows
Each Gmail or Google Workspace account you connect brings its mail and its calendar. When you ask about a client, YouSpot searches all of them at once, newest first, reads the threads that matter, and checks the people and follow-ups you already have in YouSpot. Name one mailbox if you want only that one. It reads live from Google when you ask, keeps no copy of your mailbox, and can't send, change or delete anything.

Questions
- How does it work with several mailboxes?
- Connect each one from the Gmail page. Pro connects up to 3 Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes, and every question searches all of them together, so you ask once. Want one mailbox only? Say so: “in my Northwind address”.
- Who else can see my clients' mail?
- Nobody. Only you can see what YouSpot reads, and every search runs on your own connection to Google. Your mail never trains anyone's model.
- Do I have to file mail by client?
- No. Ask by the client's name or the person you work with there, and YouSpot finds it. Nothing to tag, label or keep up.
The other things it watches for.
- Every day
Who needs my attention?
A short list, most mornings: who's gone quiet, who's coming up, who changed jobs, who you never answered. Each with why, and the sources. You pick one.
- Your network
Who should I reconnect with?
Three clients fit in your head. The ninety people who could send you work don't. Every week YouSpot names the one worth a note, says why now, and drafts it in your voice.
- New business
Who in my network could become a customer?
The best new business is usually someone you already know whose circumstances changed. YouSpot watches for that. When you want to go wider, describe the kind of company and it finds them, marked with who you know at each.
- Promises
What follow-ups am I forgetting?
YouSpot reads what you said you would do, what others are waiting on from you, and, with Gmail connected, what your email says you invoiced and never heard back about. Then it drafts the follow-up.
- Your network
Who can get me into a company?
Name the company. YouSpot finds the warmest real route in: who you know there, who you both know, and how you know them. Or an honest no route from here.
- Changes
What changed in my network?
People change jobs, companies raise, champions leave. Every week YouSpot names the changes among people you know that matter to you, with a reason and a note to send.
- Your network
What do I already know about them?
You wrote it down somewhere: a note after the call, the scope in a PDF, a line in your mail. Ask in plain words and YouSpot finds it, reads it, and answers with where each part came from.
- Keeping up
What was in my newsletters?
You subscribed to them for a reason, and now they pile up unread. Each weekday morning YouSpot reads the ones you picked, tells you which issues are worth your time and why, and keeps every issue so you can ask about it later.
Connect your inboxes. Ask about your busiest client first.
